These are the functions to make both Google Earth and the Map Explorer quickly zoom into the area of your project:
Google Earth
Plex.Earth tools work in conjunction with Google Earth to import imagery, surface information or specific data points. Most of the time Plex.Earth will automatically control the Google Earth window to zoom into the areas it uses for its functions. However sometimes you might wish to do it manually. Use:

Zoom Area | when you want Google Earth to zone into an area you specify in AutoCAD. |

Zoom Position | when you want Google Earth to center around a specific point you select in AutoCAD. |

Synchronize Autocad | to have AutoCAD zone into the region currently displayed in Google Earth. |

Synchronize Google Earth | to have Google Earth zone into the region currently displayed in your AutoCAD drawing. |
Zoom Area
Use this command when you would like to specify an area of your AutoCAD drawing on which Google Earth will zone in. Google Earth will automatically move to the specified area and adjust its zoom level for best fit.
Step 1: Select the Zoom Area command from the dropdown menu
Step 2: Specify the area you want Google Earth to zone into
Note: By pressing the space bar, Google Earth will zoom into the whole area currently in display in AutoCAD
Step 3: Google Earth has moved to the desired region
Zoom Position
Use this command when you want Google Earth to center around a point specified in AutoCAD. Google Earth will maintain the currently used zoom level.
Step 1: Use the Zoom Position command from the dropdown menu
Step 2: Select a single point in your AutoCAD drawing
Step 3: Google Earth will center around the specified point of interest
Synchronize AutoCAD
Use this command whenever you want your AutoCAD drawing to focus into the area currently displayed in your Google Earth window.
Step 1: Select the Synchronize AutoCAD command from the dropdown menu
Step 2: AutoCAD will adjust its focus to fit that of Google Earth
Synchronize Google Earth
Use this command whenever you want Google Earth to focus into the area currently displayed in your AutoCAD window.
Step 1: Select the Synchronize Google Earth command from the dropdown menu
Step 2: Google Earth will adjust its focus to fit that of AutoCAD
Map Explorer
Zoom Area
Use this command to have the Map Explorer zoom into any specified area of your drawing.
Step 1: Select the Zoom Area command from the dropdown menu
Step 2: Specify the area you want Map Explorer to zone into
Note: By pressing the space bar, the Map Explorer will zoom into the whole area currently in display in AutoCAD
Step 3: The Map Explorer has moved to the desired region
