If you encounter the following error message: "Oops! You may try to sign in again! Error 10109: Subscription does not belong to current application", that indicates that you have installed a Plex-Earth version that is not the one your license key you is for.
To resolve this issue, do the following:
1) From your Control Panel, uninstall Plex-Earth.
2) Check for which version your license key is for. You can find this information in the initial email your license key sent to you or the purchase invoice. If you don't know what Plex-Earth version you own, contact us at support@plexscape.com.
3) Visit this page, download the version your license is for, and install it. If you have an older Plex-Earth version, you can find the installer at the respective tab in the FAQ.
4) Start CAD and Plex-Earth, and use your license key to activate.
