When encountering an issue with Plex-Earth not working properly, our Support Team may ask you to send your Plex-Earth files.
These files contain useful information for our technical team to identify the root of your issue and provide efficient solutions.
Check the steps below on how to find these files and send them to our Support Team.
Step 1. On any open folder, go to the file explorer tab and type %appdata%
Step 2. Locate the folder Plexscape
Step 3. Right-click on the Plexscape folder, go to "Compress To..." and create a Zip Folder (if you are using a different way of zipping folders, feel free to use it)
Step 4. Send this zip file to support@plexscape.com or to any open ticket you currently have with our Support.
