The Capital Regional District (CRD) is a local government administrative district in Canada, for 13 municipalities and three electoral areas on southern Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. On their website, the CRD provides live connection geospatial data by way of map services for mapping and printing.
In order to connect to CRD's Geospatial data WMS, please follow the steps here, and paste the following URL when setting up a new map layer:
https://mapservices.crd.bc.ca/arcgis/services/Imagery2017/MapServer/WMSserver

NOTE: When connecting to the WMS, makes sure to manage the layer by clicking on the gear icon. A small window will pop up. Tick the box of the data source to enable it and click SAVE. |
