How do I know that I have installed the wrong Plex-Earth version?
- When you try to use your license key, you will get a message stating Activation Code from Another version:
- If you have installed a Plex-Earth version that is not compatible with your CAD version, Plex-Earth, even if installed, will not appear on your CAD ribbon (this could also be a ribbon or connectivity issue).
- For Plex-Earth versions older than Plex-Earth 2026, you might experience an error message with the code numbers 10109 or 10124: Oops! You may try to sign in again! Error 10109: Subscription does not belong to current application!
How can I find which Plex Earth version my license key is for?
To find which application your license key is for, you can do the following:
- Locate your latest invoice and see the version you purchased in the description.
or search your inbox for the relevant email from your Plex-Earth purchase.
- If you have access to the Plex-Earth Console, you can check the version of your license in the name of the subscription on your Dashboard.
How can I see what version of Plex-Earth I have installed on my computer?
If you have installed a compatible Plex-Earth version with your CAD, you can see the installed version by clicking on My Account on the Plex-Earth Ribbon.
The first number on the version on the respective tab indicates your installed version, e.g. 26 stands for Plex-Earth 2026.
If you have installed an incompatible version (so you have no Plex-Earth ribbon), you can see your installed version from the Control Panel or Windows Apps.

- Plex.Earth 3 will no longer be supported, so it is not included in the list
Does Plex-Earth support AutoCAD LT or BricsCAD Lite?
No, Plex-Earth is only compatible with the full version of AutoCAD and BricsCAD Pro. AutoCAD LT and BricsCAD Lite are not supported.
