This is a generic error message that appears when Plex-Earth is unable to properly initialize due to a licensing, session, connectivity, or service error. The follow-up message that appears alongside it helps identify the specific cause.
Below are the most common follow-up messages and their explanations:
10000: A server error (10000) has occurred!
- Cause: This may be a temporary server-side issue or indicate that the user has a connectivity problem.
- Solution: Wait a few minutes and try again. If the issue persists, it might be a connectivity issue. To confirm connectivity issue: Submit your Plex-Earth files for Troubleshooting.
