FAQs
I didn't receive the confirmation code email during activation — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder — the confirmation email is sometimes filtered automatically. If it's not there, make sure the email address you entered during registration is correct. You can request the code to be resent from the activation window. Check with your email domain admin to see if they are blocking email from plexscape as well. If you still don't receive it, contact support@plexscape.com with the email address you used to register.
What are the recommended PC specs for running Plex-Earth smoothly?
Beyond the minimum requirements listed above, any system that meets the recommended specifications for your version of AutoCAD or BricsCAD will run Plex-Earth well. Refer to Autodesk's or Bricsys's official documentation for their recommended hardware specs.
Can I activate Plex-Earth on more than one computer, or on my laptop as well?
Each license allows a set amount of activations per license. Whether you can activate on an additional machine depends on your plan and how many activations are currently in use. For example, a standalone license is exclusive to one PC while a floating license can be activated on up to 2 PCs. For specific setups, contact support@plexscape.com for more options.
My computer broke or I got a new computer — how do I transfer my license?
You can transfer your license either through the Plex-Earth Console (if you have access) or by contacting our support team. For the full steps, see How to Transfer Your Plex-Earth License to Another Computer.
I installed the wrong version of Plex-Earth — how do I fix it?
Each activation code is tied to a specific Plex-Earth version. If you activated with a code for a different version, you'll need to uninstall the current version and install the correct one. See Installed the Wrong Version of Plex-Earth: Activation Code from Another Version for step-by-step instructions.
How do I completely uninstall Plex-Earth for a clean reinstall?
A standard uninstall via Control Panel is usually enough, but for a full clean removal (removing all registry entries and leftover files), follow the steps in Clean Installation of Plex-Earth (and Uninstallation).
